The Elamite reilief in Eshkaft-e Salman (Izeh) which was ordered by King Hani of Ayapir is one of the first instances in which both the female and male persons are equal in size and importance. I have also included a Farsi translation, although not a faithful one, of the inscription of the relief.

I was waiting for that Farsi translation and I was glad that I have found it in here.Thanks for sharing.I could say that translators really play a big role in our society.I can't see machines taking over the jobs of human translators in the near future, as they have done with so many other professions.Especially in the ever faster moving world of globalized business, successful information and technology transfer within multinational businesses can make the difference between win or lose.

Translation is like walking on a thin border (as we put it in Farsi, on a blade) it can be the most clarifying, and the most deceptive.
